The catering side of the business was formed in the spring of 1996 with the aim of providing a first class catering service, for both the local business community and for private parties and celebrations.

During the past few years we have developed a good customer base around Preston, Leyland and surrounding areas, including large local firms, local councils, sports venues and local customers requiring catering for weddings and christenings etc. From the outset we have strived to use only the freshest quality produce. All our buffets are prepared using natural cooked meats, farmhouse cheeses, hand made pies and sausage rolls, our own cooked chicken and locally baked breads. You can be assured we will not compromise quality for profit.

We adhere to all latest hygiene regulations, and all cold food is delivered by refrigerated vehicle.
