Nicola Austin, who trained at the Tante Marie School of Cookery in Woking, Surrey has over the years established a reputation for excellence in all aspects of fine cuisine. A reputation she maintains, by always keeping abreast of current cooking trends. Nicola is classically trained in cake decoration and floral art and her flower arrangements having been displayed in York Minster. Weddings
Weddings are a particular favourite of mine, I specialize in all aspects of cuisine for weddings, from canapès at the champagne reception through to cold buffets or a sit down banquet. I am also classically trained in all Floral art and in cake decoration.
