Saunts parties & events was launched in 2005 by Lesley Mercer, an experienced caterer who worked for many years in some of London's top establishments. Her passion for food and entertaining led to the creation of her own successful catering company which she operates from her beautifully converted church near York. Good food, imaginatively presented, is what drives saunts parties & events.
