Description Charlie Thellusson set up ‘The Red Olive Catering Company’ in 2001 and within that time the company has gained an exceptional reputation for innovative cuisine and first class service. We take great pride in hand picking all of our staff and training each and every one to a high standard of excellence. We pride ourselves on the fact that we do not use recruitment companies for any of our staff requirements. Our Chef Eamonn Redden has gained a wealth of experience over the last 25 years working in some of the countries finest hotels and restaurants and in 1987 he was awarded the ‘Master Chefs of Great Britain’ young chef of the year. Jean Christian who runs our Front of House operation brings a sense of charm and French flair to all of our events. Originating from Perigueux, the home of foie gras and truffles need we say more?
