This venue also accomodates a small dining facility for up to 30 people - ideal for your company meeting or private family occasion. The restaurant can be booked privately for weddings and dinners with despoke menus to suit every pocket.

Director & executive chef of Thyme Restaurants, can be found most days @ Thyme Restaurats in Longridge. Alex & his business partner Wayne together started Thyme Out two years ago as the demand from cregular customers grew and grew. Taking on a professional Team of Chefs and front of house staff, from Thyme @ The Sirloin Inn and Thyme in Longridge.

Paul started his carear at Preston Catering College in 1990, after qualifying Paul jointed the Italian Orchard at Broughton as a commis chef 1992-93, then onto Broughton Park Hotel in 1993-96 as chef de partie. Paul then spent the next two years in the USA in a fine dining restaurant as Soux Chef. On his return he joined Heathcotes Offsite at Preston North End 1997-2002 as head chef for his last two years, before joining Thyme @ The Sirloin in 2002 as Head Chef. Paul has been with Thyme for 5 years since the restaurant opened, he has grown with the business over the last 5 years and has no end of glowing comments for his skill in the kitchen producing high quality classic dishes using the best local produce.Paul Whalley head chef at Thyme @ The Sirloin heads up the Thyme Out kitchen bringing a wealth of experience in outside catering.
